Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to oversee safety, health, and environment on our project site in Penang, Malaysia. The role requires registration with JKKP/DOSH/NIOSH and a Yellow Book, with experience in construction safety supervision and OHSA compliance.

You will conduct safety meetings, prepare reports, enforce programs, and perform risk assessments. Travel readiness is expected, and tasks may be assigned by the Project Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with JKKP / DOSH / NIOSH.
• Experience in construction safety supervision and implementation.
• Competent with OSHA regulations.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor safety, health and environment on site.
• Conduct safety meetings and prepare reports on safety matters.
• Implement and enforce safety programs as per OHSA act.
• Conduct risk and hazard analyses and take corrective actions.
• Ensure all accidents are recorded, reported and investigated.
• Perform monthly inspections and submit required reports.
• Liaise with authorities and attend meetings.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.
