Job summary

CBH Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a safety-focused student to assist with monitoring on-site activities, inspections, toolbox talks, and documentation.

You will help ensure workers wear PPE and support accident investigations while learning CIDB/DOSH requirements. The role offers hands-on exposure at Banting, Selangor / Johor. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Diploma/Degree in OSH or related fields, have good communication skills, and are willing to learn and work at construction sites using

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction/site safety regulations is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work at project/construction sites.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Support daily site safety inspections and hazard identification.
• Assist in conducting toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Help maintain safety records, reports, permits, and documentation.
• Ensure workers are using proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Assist in accident/incident investigations and reporting.
• Support implementation of safety procedures and emergency response plans.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and workers on safety-related matters.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with CIDB, DOSH, and site safety requirements.

Requirements
