We are looking for a qualified Site Safety Supervisor to manage and oversee the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) compliance for our subcontractors on-site, ensuring all subcontracted works adhere to company and statutory safety standards.

Key responsibilities

Enforce supervision, discipline, and work ethics for site personnel, with a focus on managing subcontractors in all OSH matters

Ensure necessary notifications and reports are made to relevant statutory authorities under the law

Implement and enforce all safety policies, activities, procedures, and instructions required for subcontracted and overall site works

About you

Must possess a valid Yellow Book (DOSH Certified Site Safety Supervisor Competency Book)

At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the construction field

Minimum Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) or a relevant discipline

Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is highly preferred

Willing to travel and work in the Bayan Lepas, Penang area
