Job summary

Cergas Murni Sdn Bhd is seeking a qualified Safety Site Supervisor to oversee safety at construction sites in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. You will report directly to the Safety & Health Officer (SHO) and support all safety-related activities.

The role requires DOSH Yellow Book registration, at least 3 years of safety experience in infrastructure projects, and strong regulatory knowledge. Willingness to work on site is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold DOSH Yellow Book and be registered as Safety Site Supervisor.
• Minimum of 3 years in related construction safety roles.
• Experience with OHSAS 18001/2007 management system.
• Experience in Infrastructure/ Bridges/ Roadworks projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety aspects of work progress at construction sites.
• Report to Safety & Health Officer (SHO).
• Oversee day-to-day safety activities and provide feedback to SHO.
• Assist SHO in overall safety activities at project sites.
• Conduct periodic safety inspections at sites.
• Interact with local authorities/clients to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions for new staff.

• Responsible for the safety aspect of the Company’s work progress at Construction sites.
• Reporting directly to the Safety & Health Officer (SHO).
• Look after day to day safety activities and feedback to Safety & Health Officer (SHO)
• Assist SHO in the overall Safety & Health Activities at Project site.
• Conduct periodical Safety & Health inspection at Site.
• Interact with local authorities and client to ensure compliances with various legal and other requirements
• To conduct periodical toolbox talks, Safety & Health induction training for new staff, attend safety committee meeting and etc.

Job Requirements :

• Qualified Safety Site Supervisor registered with DOSH and possess valid Yellow Book
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Experience with OHSAS 18001/2007 Management System
• Experience in Construction works especially with Infrastructures / Bridges / Roadworks
• Experience with Traffic Management and road diversion
• Must willing to work at project site – Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
