Jora Malaysia is seeking a Safety & Health professional to coordinate and implement safety programs across the organization, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements. Assist the Site Safety & Health Officer (SHO) on site, identify hazards, assess risks, and implement appropriate controls.

Coordinate the implementation of Safety & Health programs across the organization.
Assist the Site Safety & Health Officer (SHO) by providing guidance and advice on Safety & Health practices at the site.
Identify workplace hazards, assess risks, and implement appropriate control measures.
Ensure compliance with all Safety & Health regulations and standards while fostering a safety-first culture throughout the organization.
Monitor and report on-site Safety & Health performance; develop management plans and event calendars for operational safety activities.
Attend site meetings, conduct Safety & Health training sessions, toolbox talks, and facilitate monthly safety discussions.
Liaise with relevant authorities (e.g., JKKP, CIDB, Bomba, KKM) to address and resolve site-related issues promptly.
Prepare and submit monthly Safety & Health reports.
Assist in investigating incidents, documenting findings, and preparing necessary reports.
Perform additional tasks assigned by superiors as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Possess at least a Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field.
Valid Yellow Book certification is required.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a registered Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) in the construction industry.
