Job summary

Eastern Suntech Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd – Kota Kedah is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage pre- and post-tender activities and cost planning. You will be involved in technical tendering, cost estimation, and compiling information for bids.

The role also covers contract terms, value engineering, contractor sourcing, review of tender sums, and monitoring progress to prevent disputes and cost overruns on industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years site-based experience, preferably in industrial projects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
