Job summary

Probase Manufacturing is seeking a Site QC Engineer to lead quality inspections and QA activities on road construction projects across Malaysia. You will monitor compliance with specifications, perform site visits, and provide design and technical support during kick-off meetings and handovers.

The role requires a civil engineering or related degree with at least 3 years of road QC experience, willingness to travel, and a strong commitment to quality, integrity, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site QC Engineer in the road construction industry.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Malaysia.
• Extensive knowledge of road construction materials, testing methods, and quality control processes.
• High integrity, honesty, and accountability.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality.
• Able to communicate and work effectively with site workers, supervisors, contractors, and client engineers.
• Willing to assist and support colleagues whenever required.
• Good problem-solving skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently while maintaining good teamwork.
• Familiarity with relevant construction regulations, codes, and standards.
