Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable Project/Site Engineer responsible for coordinating engineering activities and site operations in Malaysia. The role involves reviewing drawings, specs, method statements, and technical documents, while coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure progress, quality, safety and compliance.

The successful candidate should hold a Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field, with bonus points for prior site engineering

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in project/site engineering is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project engineering and site activities
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical documents
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance
• Troubleshoot technical and site issues and ensure timely rectification
• Prepare project reports, inspection records, submissions, and handover documents
• Support testing, commissioning, and project completion activities
