Job summary

Requires Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
3–5 years of relevant construction or engineering experience.
Strong knowledge of project coordination and site supervision.
Familiar with construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or project management software is an advantage.
Able to liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Good problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
Monitor site progress to ensure works follow drawings, specs, and timelines.
Review technical drawings, method statements, and material submissions.
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support on site.
Attend site meetings and prepare minutes and reports.
Ensure timely completion of works within approved budget and quality requirements.
