Job summary

RSC Bina Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site works, coordinate with project teams, and ensure quality and safety on site. The role requires a Civil Engineering background and is open to fresh graduates with 1–2 years of experience.

The successful candidate will monitor progress, prepare basic reports, and work on-site with minimal supervision. Transport is an added advantage in this on-site role located in Nilai, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required or encouraged.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1–2 years experience is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and on site.
• Own transport is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site works and workers.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, and subcontractors.
