Job summary

Nexperia in Malaysia is seeking an intern for the Test Engineering Team to gain hands-on experience validating test programs with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and developing automation/AI solutions for test reporting.

You will work with senior engineers to improve test processes, analyze results, and document procedures while learning to operate test equipment and data analysis workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or Microelectronics Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of electronic circuits and measurement equipment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies.
• Passion for programming, hands-on engineering and problem‑solving.

Responsibilities

• Create and validate test programs using Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
• Analyze and troubleshoot test results, identifying root causes of failures.
• Develop and implement automation or AI-based tools for test reports.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to improve test processes and coverage.
• Document procedures, results and improvement recommendations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to technical discussions.

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Test Engineering Team. This internship offers hands‑on experience in validating test programs using Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and developing automation/AI solutions for test reporting. The role is ideal for students passionate about electronics, programming, and hands‑on engineering work.
