Job summary

Nexperia is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead equipment optimization and improvement initiatives for NexDaca equipment. You will focus on enhancing machine performance, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency while supporting innovation and manufacturing excellence.

Role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 5+ years in semiconductor/equipment engineering, and strong knowledge of DOE, SPC, and FMEA. Six Sigma or Industry 4.0 familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in semiconductor equipment or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience in equipment performance improvement and optimization projects.
• Knowledge of DOE, SPC, FMEA, and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Experience leading engineering improvement projects.
• CAPEX or equipment upgrade project management experience.
• Familiarity with automation, robotics, machine vision, or Industry 4.0 technologies.
