Job summary

Eastmont Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee RC structural and architectural works on site in Malaysia. You will liaise with engineers, review drawings, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure work aligns with construction drawings and specifications.

You will monitor progress, prepare daily and progress reports, plan materials and equipment, and participate in the Site Safety Committee. 3–5 years’ relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a certificate, diploma or degree in related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in RC structural / architectural works including civil engineering.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with RE/COW on technical matters.
• Check drawings discrepancies between architecture and structure and issue RFIs.
• Counter-check alignments/levels by surveyor.
• Monitor work progress and quality control.
• Supervise all sub-contractors to ensure works follow drawings and specs.
• Prepare site daily reports and progress reports for site meetings.
• Plan materials, equipment and machinery needs for site use.
• Record dayworks and submit for certification at end of day.
• Participate as Site Safety Committee member.
• Handle tasks from Site Manager/Project Manager as needed.
• Monitor and coordinate site activities including labor and plant/machinery.
• Ensure delivered materials are in good order.

• Liaise with R.E./C.O.W. on technical matters.
• Check drawings discrepancies between architecture and structure and issuance of RFIs.

• Supervising all the Sub-contractors works to ensure all works are constructed as per Construction drawings / specifications
• Preparation of Site Daily Reports / Progress Reports for Site Meeting purpose.
• Plan ahead on construction materials ordering, receiving of materials, hiring/buying of machineries/equipment and tools for site use.
• Plan ahead and inform R.E of the commencement of dayworks.
• Record dayworks and submit to R.E for certification at the end of the day.
• Participate as Site Safety Committee member.
• To handle any relevant task as instructed by the Site Manager / Project Manager from time to time.
• Monitor, Supervision and co-ordination of all site construction-related activities including labourers and plants & machineries.
• Ensure delivered construction materials are in good order.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Certificate, Diploma/Degree in related fields.
• 3 – 5 years working experience in RC Structural / Architectural works in the building industries including Civil Engineering works.
