The candidate will manage operations, incidents, reporting, and risk management while coordinating with clients and internal teams to meet service levels and cost targets.

Qualifications

• University or postgraduate degree in engineering and facility management.
• 10–15 years of experience in the field.
• Strong client-satisfaction focus.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and technicians in IFM programs.
• Drive maintenance programmes and reliability improvement.
• Interface with clients to define needs and specifications.
• Ensure KPI/OPI targets are met quarterly.
• Oversee reporting, data integrity, and dashboards.
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Lead and mentor staff to ensure high performance and morale.
