Job summary

JonDavidson Pte Ltd in Penang seeks an experienced Senior Manager to lead the Facilities (Mechanical) Department in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment. You will oversee mechanical systems, drive expansion and optimization initiatives, manage budgets, and guide a performance-driven team to ensure safe, robust operations.

You will partner with project teams, lead PMs, monitor energy reductions, control Capex and expenses, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of facilities management experience in a semiconductor manufacturing plant.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities mechanical systems, monitor performance, and coordinate PMs and maintenance tasks.
• Lead expansion and optimization projects for facilities; manage energy reduction initiatives and regular management reporting.
• Plan and control Capex, operating expenses, headcount, and cost centers within approved budgets.
