Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to coordinate M&E services and drive cost-efficient maintenance strategies across a manufacturing site.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, 5+ years in facilities management, and strong vendor coordination. You will lead safety programs, manage maintenance planning, and ensure uninterrupted site operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in facilities management, preferably in manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison for facilities management services including M&E, janitorial, pest control, landscape, waste management, space planning, transportation, and project development.
• Investigate plant incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Organize major maintenance work with daily work orders and preventive maintenance plans.
