Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Site Lead & Engineering Manager in Kulim, Malaysia to lead a team of engineers and technicians for an integrated facilities management program, focusing on reliability, quality and continuous improvement.

You will manage IFM operations for semiconductor plant services, coordinate risk management, and ensure client satisfaction with KPI/OPI targets, while interfacing with clients to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

• University degree/PG degree in engineering & facility management.
• 10-15 years experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers & Technicians for a comprehensive IFM program.
• Manage IFM operations of a semiconductor manufacturing plant services.
• Coordinate risk management and ensure compliance with KPI/OPI requirements.
• Interface with clients to identify critical needs and define specifications for solutions.
