Responsibilities

• Full-time standing supervision at site to oversee construction work, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Check all construction drawings, identify and highlight discrepancies.
• Coordinate labour, monitor site labour utilization for optimum productivity, quality and safety.
• Ensure project meets stipulated quality and safety requirements by close supervision.
• Plan and execute work according to schedule to achieve targets.
• Oversee workforce welfare and health and safety on site.

Arrange, coordinate and monitor the work of casual workers to ensure optimum utilization of site labour, quality and safety of the work to be carried out

Ensure project meets the stipulated quality and safety requirements by closely monitoring and supervising the work

Execute work assigned according to schedule through proper planning

Oversee the workforce, site welfare and health and safety
