Job summary

Geo Works Sdn Bhd is seeking a Civil Engineering graduate or qualified engineer to join the site team in our geotechnical piling projects. You will supervise site works, coordinate with subcontractors and consultants, and report progress to the Project Manager.

The role requires independence, good technical knowledge, and the ability to liaise across multiple stakeholders on challenging geotechnical works.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a degree in Civil Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience is advantageous.
• Able to work with minimum supervision, manage a site team, and liaise with sub-contractors and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Project Manager and supports the project team in technical issues.
• Coordinate to ensure works follow drawings, specifications, plan, procedures and work instructions.
• Supervise and inspect site works.
• Prepare project schedule and progress reports.
• Monitor progress and check quality of work by sub-contractors.
• Discuss site matters with related parties and resolve technical issues.
• Attend site meetings.
• Compile and safekeep documentation from sub-contractors per project requirements.
