Job summary

T&W Construction and Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a site supervisor to oversee daily construction activities on the Jenjarom project sites in Malaysia. You will ensure work aligns with drawings, plans, and specifications while coordinating workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

You will monitor progress, maintain daily site reports, enforce safety rules, manage task assignments, and liaise with engineers and management to keep milestones and deliveries on track.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating workers and subcontractors on construction sites.
• Ability to inspect workmanship and ensure quality standards.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and PPE usage.
• Ability to maintain daily site reports and progress updates.
• Strong liaison with engineers, consultants, and management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, plans, and specifications
• Monitor progress and report to project manager
• Coordinate and manage workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Assign tasks and ensure productivity on site
