Job summary

UMECH CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD is seeking a capable site project coordinator in Puchong to support the Project Manager in organizing workforce and ensuring works follow drawings, specifications, procedures and approved design.

You will plan, supervise, monitor and coordinate site productivity, arrange resources safely and in line with quality standards, and liaise with Clients, Architects, Consultants and Sub-Contractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in road, bridge and infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and AutoCad.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager to organize workforce for site activities.
• Plan, supervise, monitor and coordinate site productivity.
• Coordinate with Clients, Architects, Consultants and Sub-Contractors.
• Maintain project documentation and progress tracking.
• Prepare monthly progress reports for Clients.
• Create a project management calendar and report to Top Management.

To plan, supervise, monitor and coordinate site work productivity and arrange resources as required in respective site with effective manner and in line with the safety and acceptable quality.

To co-ordinate and liaise with Clients, Architect, Consultants and Sub-Contractors.

Ensuring project adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

To prepare monthly progress report for submission to Client

Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree, Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) Others or equivalent.

At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related Road, Bridge and infrastructure Projects.

Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad.

Proficient in verbal and written communication – Bahasa Malaysia and English.

To work independently with integrity and commitment to assigned duties, pleasant, independent personality, fit and possess good health for work.

Having good self- discipline, able to work under pressure, fit and possess good health for work.

Able to work at Puchong location
