Job summary

Advancecon Infra Sdn Bhd invites a civil engineering graduate to join as a site engineer, gaining hands-on experience on major earthworks and infrastructure projects. You will work on site, monitor progress, and support planning and reporting efforts.

Ideal candidate has 1-2 years on construction sites, is willing to travel and work Saturdays, and can collaborate with subcontractors, clients, and consultants to deliver projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of working experience on construction sites, preferably in infrastructure/earthworks.
• Willing to travel to outstations if required.
• Willing to work on Saturdays (8 AM–1 PM).

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and write reports.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, crews and consultants.
• Provide technical advice and promptly diagnose site issues.
• Assist in project sequencing, planning and progress monitoring.
• Prepare and submit meeting minutes and progress reports.
