Job summary

C & P Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking a site supervisor for ongoing projects. The role involves coordinating daily construction activities, interpreting drawings, and ensuring work aligns with specifications on sites in Banting and nearby areas.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field and 2–3 years of earthwork and building construction experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in earthwork and building construction projects.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Able to carry out level survey and prepare survey records.
• Good knowledge of project coordination, site management and construction methods.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be based at project sites in Banting, Selangor or Kuala Nerus, Terengganu.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and the main contractor.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare project reports and attend site meetings.
• Resolve technical and site issues during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company procedures.
