Job summary

GLOBAL DATEN SENTRUM SDN BHD is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site construction activities at Chuping, Perlis. You will ensure safety, quality, and progress align with drawings, specifications, and budget.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering or related field, has 3–5 years of building construction experience, can interpret complex drawings, and communicates effectively with subcontractors and teams while traveling between sites.

Qualifications

A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in construction projects, preferably building construction.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Willingness to work outdoors and travel between sites.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily on-site construction operations according to drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to avoid delays.
Attend site meetings and report progress to the Superintending Officer (SO).
Review construction drawings and raise RFIs where necessary.
Ensure workmanship meets quality standards and follow approved method statements.
Conduct inspections for structural, architectural, and M&E works.
Prepare work schedules and track daily/weekly progress.
Identify potential delays and propose solutions.
Ensure site activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.
Prepare material requisitions and verify delivery quality.
