Job summary

Colform Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities on site, ensuring work complies with drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

You will coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, monitor progress, and maintain records while enforcing safety policies and ensuring timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills are required.
• Ability to adapt to a construction site working environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
