Yicai Construction Sdn. Bhd. in Johor is seeking a Site Supervisor to plan, organize and coordinate site activities, supervise workers, and coordinate with subcontractors on-site.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering or Building or a related field, and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with fresh grads welcome. The successful candidate will ensure works adhere to construction drawings with high workmanship quality, minimize wastage of materials and machinery, and prepare progress

Responsabilidades

• To plan, organize and co-ordinate site activities.
• To supervise workers and work progress on site.
• To co-ordinate with sub contractors that work concurrently at site.
• To ensure the works carried out according to construction drawing with good quality of workmanship.
• To control and minimize wastage of materials & machineries at site.
• To prepare progress report and assessment of quantity of work done.
• To liaise with client’s representative at site and attend consultant meetings.
• Other responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.

Educación
