Job summary

Premier Resources Contractor Sdn Bhd is a Sarawak-based construction company seeking a hands-on site supervisor to manage parts of construction projects, oversee building works, and conduct surveys.

You will liaise with clients, subcontractors and professionals, prepare site reports, ensure safety and sustainability policies, and help ensure projects meet specifications, budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Managing parts of construction projects.
• Overseeing building works and undertaking surveys.
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.
• Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
• Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
