Job summary

C & P Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking a Diploma-qualified civil/site engineer to join our team in Selangor and Terengganu project sites. You will read and interpret drawings, oversee earthworks and building activities, and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and the main contractor.

Based at Banting, Selangor or Kuala Nerus, Terengganu, you will monitor progress, ensure safety and quality standards, prepare reports and attend site meetings.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in earthwork and building construction projects is essential.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Able to carry out level survey and prepare survey records.
• Good knowledge of project coordination, site management and construction methods.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be based at project sites in Banting, Selangor or Kuala Nerus, Terengganu.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and the main contractor.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare project reports and attend site meetings.
• Resolve technical and site issues during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company procedures.
