Job summary

C & P Builder Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Site Civil Engineer to coordinate daily construction activities and monitor progress across Banting, Selangor or Kuala Nerus, Terengganu sites.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering, 2–3 years in earthwork and building construction, ability to read drawings, perform level surveys, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• 2–3 years of earthwork and building construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of level surveying and recording survey data.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and main contractor.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare project reports and attend site meetings.
• Resolve technical and site issues during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company procedures.
