Job summary

C & P Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking a site-focused engineer with a Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. The role oversees daily construction activities at Banting, Selangor or Kuala Nerus, Terengganu, ensuring drawings are followed, surveys are conducted, and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of earthwork and building construction experience, strong coordination skills, and solid communication to liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and the main contractor.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of earthwork and building construction experience.
• Able to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Able to carry out level surveying and prepare survey records.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and the main contractor.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare project reports and attend site meetings.
• Resolve technical and site issues during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company procedures.

• Willing to be based at project sites in Banting, Selangor or Kuala Nerus, Terengganu.
