Job summary

Polymorph Enterprise in Klang Valley is seeking a Site Coordinator to join as a permanent, on-site staff member. You will assist the Senior Site Supervisor, monitor daily site activities, track progress, and coordinate with contractors, workers and suppliers across project sites.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a Diploma or Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related field is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building or a related field is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and be trained by the senior team.
• Willing to travel to and work at different project sites.
• Responsible, proactive and hardworking.
• Comfortable with hands-on site work.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Previous site experience is not required; attitude, learning ability and willingness to grow are more important.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Site Supervisor in coordinating daily site activities.
• Monitor and follow up on site work progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers and suppliers when required.
• Assist with basic site inspections and reporting.
• Ensure assigned site tasks are completed properly and on time.
• Assist with general site coordination and other duties as assigned.
• Travel to and work at different project sites when required.
• Learn and support the senior team in day-to-day site operations.
