Job summary

Polymorph Psynergy in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a fresh graduate for a full-time, on-site site coordinator role within our industrial engineering and construction projects. You will assist the Senior Site Supervisor, monitor progress, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and travel to multiple project sites as required.

No prior site experience is required; a Diploma or Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building or related field is advantageous.

Qualifications

• No experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Diploma/Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building or a related field is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and be trained by the senior team.
• Willing to travel to and work at different project sites.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Previous site experience is not required; attitude, learning ability and willingness to grow are more important.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Site Supervisor in coordinating daily site activities.
• Monitor and follow up on site work progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers and suppliers when required.
• Assist with basic site inspections and reporting.
• Ensure assigned site tasks are completed properly and on time.
• Assist with general site coordination and other duties as assigned.
• Travel to and work at different project sites when required.
• Learn and support the senior team in day-to-day site operations.
