Job summary

C & P Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking a Diploma-qualified Civil Engineering professional to oversee earthwork and building construction sites. You will read drawings, perform level surveys, and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and the main contractor to ensure progress aligns with plans.

Based at project sites in Banting (Selangor) or Kuala Nerus (Terengganu), you will monitor progress, prepare reports, and address on-site challenges while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in earthwork and building construction projects.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Able to carry out level survey and prepare survey records.
• Good knowledge of project coordination, site management and construction methods.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be based at project sites in Banting, Selangor or Kuala Nerus, Terengganu.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and the main contractor.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare project reports and attend site meetings.
• Resolve technical and site issues during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company procedures.
