Job summary

Eaton is seeking an RMA specialist to lead repair and return processes for UPS, PDUs and batteries in Malaysia. You will manage end-to-end RMA workflows, troubleshoot faults, and coordinate with ASP and factory teams for repairs, while maintaining quality and documentation.

The role requires hands-on testing, on-call support, and strong collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure reliable delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics.
• 1-3 years experience with electrical equipment such as UPS, batteries, PDUs.
• Proficient at reading electrical/electronic diagrams and troubleshooting.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead RMA operations for UPS, PDUs and batteries, ensuring timely processing and quality assurance.
• Manage end-to-end RMA processes: receiving, logging, tracking, and dispatching returns.
• Coordinate with ASP on cases and technical issues; provide on-call support when needed.
• Inspect, test, diagnose returned equipment and identify faults; support repairs as required.
• Maintain documentation: RCA, resolution status, and closure reports; ensure timely turnover.
