Eaton in Malaysia, Johor Bahru, is seeking a Project Manager for UPS projects within its Electrical business. You will lead and control projects to meet contract requirements and budgets, coordinating with service engineers and subcontractors.

The role requires arranging meetings, maintaining costing records, and ensuring timely invoicing at milestones. You will also support contract administration, parts ordering, lead times, FAT/SAT, and uphold QMS/EHS throughout project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent (PHP - Project Management Professional Cert)
• At least 2 years of project management experience
• Auto-CAD skills and good communication

Responsabilités

• Manage and control projects to meet contract requirements and budget
• Collaborate with Eaton Service Engineers and manage sub-contractors per project plan
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and issue invoices at milestones
• Manage multiple projects according to each project requirements
• Schedule and attend project meetings as needed
• Maintain up-to-date project costing sheet and traceable tracking of expenses
• Attend site for project meetings (technical, coordination)
• Support contract administration: ordering, milestone billing, shop drawings & O&M submissions
• Coordinate with Customer Service/SCM on parts ordering and lead times
• Manage subcontractor work schedules, resource deployment and quality of work
• Support FAT/SAT and report compilation for customer requests
• Uphold QMS/EHS: implement process approach, provide support, communicate importance, drive continuous improvement
