Job summary

ViewQwest Management Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking an Indoor Sales Development Representative for Singapore accounts. You will qualify leads, prospect new business, and manage an inherited portfolio of Singapore small-enterprise customers, mainly via phone, email, WhatsApp and digital channels.

You will pass high-potential opportunities to Territory Sales Account Managers. Daily tasks include lead qualification, outbound outreach, renewals and upsell, and collaboration with Marketing,

Qualifications

• Experience in telco or ISP inside sales, telesales or business development.
• Comfortable with daily cold-calling and structured outreach.
• Working knowledge of IT, with the ability to explain cybersecurity and network solutions to business customers.
• Strong proficiency in English, written and spoken, for dealing with Singapore customers.
• Organised and disciplined with CRM use and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Inbound lead qualification: respond promptly to leads from digital campaigns and partners.
• Outbound prospecting: cold-calling and outreach to generate qualified meetings.
• Small enterprise account management: manage an inherited portfolio with renewals and upsell potential.
• Renewals & upsell: contact customers before expiry to renew and upgrade services.
• Sales handoff & collaboration: pass opportunities to Account Managers with context and next steps.
• CRM & pipeline discipline: keep records accurate and up to date.
