Job summary

DXC Technology seeks an experienced Software Engineering Manager in Malaysia to lead a team of engineers in designing and delivering software solutions. You will work with cross-functional groups, mentor staff, and drive agile processes to meet project goals.

You will guide technology strategy, ensure high-quality code, and monitor progress while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Typically 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Experience in a managerial role, overseeing teams and/or projects.
• Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies.
• Strong programming and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to manage software projects and resources effectively.
