Job summary

DXC Technology Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned SimCorp Dimension specialist to lead support, maintenance, and optimization of the SCD platform in a dynamic financial services environment.

You will analyze complex incidents, ensure system stability, and mentor junior team members while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to drive improvements and successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension.
• Proven experience supporting and maintaining enterprise-level SimCorp Dimension environments.
• Strong background in application support, incident management, and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead support, maintenance, and optimization of the SimCorp Dimension platform.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and batch processing incidents.
• Ensure stability, availability, and performance of production environments.
• Monitor system operations and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Provide advanced technical and functional support to business users and stakeholders.
• Manage user authorization and access controls in accordance with governance standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required.
• Participate in enhancements, configuration changes, and deployment activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and test data.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and release management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Act as SME for SimCorp Dimension and mentor junior teammates.

• Monitor system operations and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Provide advanced technical and functional support to business users and stakeholders.
• Manage user authorization and access controls in accordance with governance standards.
• Coordinate and coordinate issues with internal teams and external vendors when required.
• Participate in application enhancements, configuration changes, and deployment activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and test data.
• Support system upgrades, patch implementations, and release management activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and system reliability.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SimCorp Dimension and mentor junior team members where applicable.

Required Experience

• Minimum 6+ years of hands‑on experience with SimCorp Dimension.
• Proven experience supporting and maintaining enterprise‑level SimCorp Dimension environments.
• Strong background in application support, incident management, and production operations.
• Experience working withininvestment management, asset management, banking, insurance, or financial services environments.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.
