Job summary

DXC Technology Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned SimCorp Dimension specialist to lead the support, maintenance, and optimization of the SCD platform in production. You will analyze incidents, ensure stability, and drive improvements across production environments, collaborating with business users, governance teams, and external vendors.

• 6+ years hands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise-level SimCorp Dimension environments.
• Strong background in application support, incident management, and production operations.
• Experience in investment management, asset management, banking, insurance, or financial services environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support, maintenance, and optimization of the SimCorp Dimension (SCD) platform.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and batch processing incidents.
• Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of production environments.
• Monitor system operations and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Provide advanced technical and functional support to business users and stakeholders.
• Manage user authorization and access controls in accordance with governance standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required.
• Participate in application enhancements, configuration changes, and deployment activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and test data.
• Support system upgrades, patch implementations, and release management activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and system reliability.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SimCorp Dimension and mentor junior team members.

• Proven experience supporting and maintaining enterprise‑level SimCorp Dimension environments.

• Experience working within investment management, asset management, banking, insurance, or financial services environments.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.
