Job summary

YHY ENGINEERING SDN BHD in Sabah is seeking a results-driven Sales Lead to steer showroom operations and hit monthly and annual targets. You will develop opportunities with developers, contractors, architects, interior designers and homeowners across Sabah, identify projects, follow up quotes, negotiate and secure orders.

Qualifications

• Results-oriented with full responsibility for achieving sales targets.
• Hands-on leadership and coaching of the sales team.
• Proactive approach to developing new customers and projects.
• Strong pricing, credit control and payment collection awareness.
• Experience in showroom or project sales and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage showroom sales operations to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop opportunities with developers, contractors, architects, interior designers and homeowners in Sabah.
• Identify projects, follow up quotations, negotiate with customers and secure orders.
• Supervise, train and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and service.
• Manage customer relationships, ensure timely order fulfilment and follow up on payments.
• Monitor sales performance, gross profit margins and market opportunities.
• Maintain showroom presentation, product displays and customer experience.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and business development plans for management.
• Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing, warehouse and logistics for smooth operations.
