Job summary

Eurokars Group Indonesia is seeking a Showroom Host in Tanjong Malim, Malaysia to greet customers, take orders, serve refreshments and maintain showroom standards.

The role covers office administration, CRM tasks, event support, data entry and reporting, with Saturday shifts as part of a 5-day week. Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred, along with MS Office skills.

Experience in hospitality or automotive sectors is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in hospitality, automotive, or luxury sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Showroom hostess duties: greet customers, take orders, serve drinks and refreshment, clear wares after service.
• Handle showroom and office administration: ordering supplies and dispatching documents.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and update sales materials in customer lounge and showroom.
• Answer phone calls and manage general inquiries; basic email etiquette.
• Track showroom traffic and prepare reports; conduct CRM tasks for gifts and dispatches.
