Job summary

Preeminent Auto Sdn Bhd, Zeekr Center KLCC, is seeking a professional, approachable Receptionist & Sales Support to be the first point of contact for showroom visitors and support the Sales team with daily customer handling and administrative tasks.

The role requires presentable, courteous individuals who can handle multiple tasks, manage check-in, document handling, showroom upkeep, and coordinate with sales on test drive registrations and quotations.

Qualifications

• Well-presented and able to communicate professionally with customers.
• Polite, confident and service-oriented in a showroom environment.
• Able to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail; reliable and organized.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers upon arrival while maintaining the premium image of the showroom.
• Register customer information upon arrival and hand over to sales consultants for quotations.
• Organize the negotiation area, replenish tea and water, and pack promotional materials.
• Assist sales in test drive registration, document verification, and vehicle key management.
• Assist with filing, organising records, preparing documents, and other administrative tasks.
• Provide on-site guidance for parade and dock activities and report needs or issues to the manager.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and uphold service standards.
• Assist with other showroom-related tasks when required.
