Job summary

Pantai Bharu Holdings Sdn Bhd in Klang, Selangor, is looking for a detail-oriented Admin to support our service centre operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals seeking hands-on admin and automotive industry experience, with exposure to basic marketing activities.

You will shadow the Service Advisor, handle daily administrative tasks, and assist with invoices, quotations, records, data entry, and front-desk operations.

• Friendly, approachable, and confident in communication (English & BM).
• Interest in cars, customer service, or automotive operations.
• Prior experience in retail/service is an advantage, but not required.

• Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, and related administrative documents.
• Maintain proper filing and records of service-related documents.
• Assist with basic data entry, reports, and other administrative tasks.
• Provide basic support for marketing activities when required.
• Assist with general coordination and administrative matters within the service centre.
• Shadow the Service Advisor to gain exposure to customer handling, service processes, and front-desk operations.
• Support the Service Advisor team when required to ensure smooth daily operations.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organised Admin to support our service centre operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates, or individuals looking to gain hands‑on experience in administration and the automotive industry. The role will also provide exposure to basic marketing activities and service centre operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks and documentation for the service centre.
• Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, and related administrative documents.

Compensation

• Basic salary starting from RM1,700 to RM2,500.
