Job summary

ACTION TEC SDN BHD is seeking a Digital Experience Operations Executive to keep our Shopify stores accurate and commerce-ready. You will support campaigns, product updates and promotions, ensuring flawless online executions.

You will collaborate with Brand, Marketing and Creative teams to translate plans into effective online experiences and maintain site quality across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in E-commerce, business, marketing or related field.
• Experience managing Shopify stores.
• Familiar with Shopify backend, Product management, Collections, Discounts and Basic SEO.
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Organised and systematic.
• Able to manage multiple websites simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Operate day-to-day Shopify backend tasks including product, collections and pricing updates.
• Execute campaign pages and manage promotional discounts on schedule.
• Perform regular website QA and fix broken links or missing content.
• Monitor website analytics and prepare simple weekly reports.
• Coordinate with Brand, Marketing, Creative, Warehouse and Developers to reflect latest products and campaigns.

Job description

We are looking for a Digital Experience Operations Executive to ensure our websites remain accurate, efficient and commercially effective.

This role focuses on keeping every website updated, operational and ready for every campaign, product launch and promotional event.

You will work closely with Brand, Marketing and Creative teams to transform business plans into flawless online executions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shopify Website Operations

• Manage day-to-day Shopify backend operations.
• Upload and maintain products, collections and website content.
• Update pricing, promotions and campaigns.
• Configure navigation menus and collection structures.
• Ensure website information remains accurate.

2. Campaign Execution

• Launch campaign pages according to marketing schedules.
• Configure discounts and promotional mechanics.
• Prepare landing pages before campaign launches.
• Ensure campaigns go live accurately and on time.

3. Website Maintenance

• Conduct regular website QA.
• Identify broken links and missing content.
• Monitor inventory display.
• Coordinate with developers when technical issues arise.
• Test website updates before publishing.Support basic CRO improvements.

5. Website Analytics

• Monitor: Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity / Hotjar (if implemented)
• Identify opportunities to improve website performance.
• Prepare simple weekly website reports.

6. Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Creative, Warehouse, Customer Service and Developers to ensure every website reflects the latest products and campaigns.

Requirements
