Job summary

ENVISION TALENT SDN. BHD. is seeking a Platform Operations Executive to manage website and backend configurations, support campaigns, and coordinate with developers and external providers for smooth platform operations.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in website operations or related fields, with a focus on CMS, HTML/CSS basics, and QA/UAT testing. You will collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and BI to implement efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, computer science or related fields.
• 1–3 years in website or platform operations, ecommerce or technical support.
• Experience with CMS/admin panels is a plus; basic HTML/CSS and QA/UAT familiarity preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle website and backend configuration, including banners, pop-ups, campaign settings, promotions, content changes and other operational updates.
• Coordinate with developers, system providers, and third-party vendors for website changes, technical requests, bugs, and new requirements.
• Follow up on development requests and make sure changes are completed correctly and on time.
• Perform backend settings based on business or marketing requirements.
• Update website settings when there are new campaigns, events, promotions, product changes, or operational requirements.
• Test website changes after implementation to ensure the settings, links, displays, and functions are working properly.
• Report bugs or technical issues to developers/providers and follow up until resolved.
• Maintain records of website changes, requests, and configuration updates.
• Work closely with Marketing, Operations, BI and other departments to understand their requirements.
• Suggest improvements to website/backend processes to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

• Basic understanding of website functionality, HTML/CSS and QA/UAT testing is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Programming experience is not mandatory, but basic technical knowledge is preferred.
