Job summary

Westime Sdn Bhd is seeking an E-Commerce Assistant to support Shopee operations and creator collaborations. No prior e-commerce experience is required, as training will be provided; most tasks are straightforward and learnable on the job.

• Confident in approaching and following up with new people.
• Responsible, organized and willing to learn.
• Able to communicate clearly through WhatsApp, calls and online platforms.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia; English and Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain Shopee product listings, including titles, images, descriptions and basic information.
• Assist in setting up Shopee promotions such as vouchers, Flash Sales, discounts, Add-on Deals and Bundle Deals.
• Search for suitable affiliates, content creators and livestream creators for collaboration.
• Reach out and communicate with creators regarding collaboration opportunities.
• Coordinate product samples, content requirements, posting schedules and livestream arrangements.
• Follow up with creators to ensure content and livestreams are completed according to schedule.
• Maintain proper records of samples, creator progress and collaboration status.
• Support the e-commerce team with other daily operational tasks when required.
