KK Group of Companies (Retail) is seeking a Shop Assistant for KK SUPER MART Banting, Bandar Mahkota Banting (BBM). This part-time role centers on delivering friendly customer service and supporting store operations.

You will assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and work with the team to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Previous retail experience is a plus, but not essential.

• Assist customers in locating products and provide knowledgeable recommendations when required
• Process customer transactions accurately and securely using the point-of-sale system
• Stock shelves and displays with merchandise, ensuring products are well-organised, clearly priced and attractively presented
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the store, including aisles, shelves and customer areas
• Monitor stock levels and alert management to items requiring replenishment
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary
• Comply with all store policies, procedures and health and safety regulations
• Support other team members to ensure smooth daily store operations

About the role

We are seeking a Shop Assistant to join our team at KK SUPER MART Banting, located in Bandar Mahkota Banting (BBM).
