KK Group of Companies (Retail) Banting is seeking a part-time Shop Assistant to join the team in Banting, Selangor. You will deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products and support smooth store operations, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, restocking shelves, upholding safety and cleanliness, handling deliveries and stock management, and working with the team to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous, though we welcome enthusiastic candidates willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from management.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and locate items.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join the team at KK SUPERMART Banting, Taman Sri Putra (BTP). This is a part-time position based in Banting, Selangor, offering you the flexibility to balance work with other commitments. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining our store's operational excellence. You will be at the forefront of our retail operations, ensuring our customers have a pleasant shopping experience whilst supporting the smooth running of the supermarket.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting customers with product inquiries and helping them locate items throughout the store
• Processing customer transactions at the checkout with accuracy and efficiency
