Rakanda Enterprise in Malaysia is seeking a Shop Assistant to support store operations on the sales floor. You will help manage arrivals, stock, and shelves while delivering friendly customer service.

You will maintain stock, assist customers in locating products, resolve inquiries courteously, and work with the team to ensure smooth daily retail activities. This full-time role requires stamina and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum SPM education is required.
• Age 18–35.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Retail experience is a plus.

The Shop Assistant will be responsible to assist the retail store manager with working the floor, managing inventory and providing customer service. The position requires physical fitness and excellent stamina, good interpersonal and strong team spirit.
