Position: Shipping Manager/ Logistic Manager

Salary: up to RM10000

Job Descriptions:

• Handling export shipment and on time delivery arrangement shipping process.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our shipping processes.
• Negotiating the price of shipment transportation with carriers.
• Keeping shipping operations within budget without compromising speed or efficiency and control budget of the shipping department.
• Processing shipment documentation and inspecting completed orders.
• Creating and implementing shipping policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with internal departments to optimize the flow of orders from preparation to shipment.
• Documenting processes and reporting to management as required.
• Resolve issues regarding shipped orders.
• Evaluating carrier performance and resolving issues with orders and logistics.
• Monitor and job arrangement to shipping team.
• Complying to shipping industry regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years working experience as shipping manager.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or similar preferred.
• Solid knowledge of logistics procedures
• Experience in using ERP system and preparing shipping documents.
• Good understanding of budgeting and reporting.
• Experience in directing and evaluating subordinates.
